Leo Tsimpikas is an independent real estate agency based out of West End, Brisbane. 

I was commissioned by the client to first create DL flyers which would be letter-dropped to an area surrounding a 'just listed' or 'just sold' property.

 

The client supplied the logo, colours and images required. The brief was quite basic, 'something simple' and 'not too busy'.

The client loved the DL flyer design and further commissioned an A5 folded brochure to distribute to interested parties at open homes. 

​

Further commissions included business cards for the agency, small A-Frames for open homes and flags.
