A4  folded brochure 'for sale' design

BlueDog Property Group  is a small real estate agency based in Brisbane. The agency required an A4 folded brochure to be designed. This brochure was then handed to potential buyers when inspecting a property.

 

For each property, I was given a word document detailing each property's unique features. I was also provided with the logo, font styles and high resolution photos.

Each brochure was printed onto a 150gsm white cardstock, allowing the glossy images to 'pop' from the white matt background.
